Registration
-
All Middle School sports registration is done online using ParentVue.
If you don't have ParentVue, use this link: Activity Registration
Go to your ParentVue account and select Fees. Then select Fees again below your student’s picture. This will take you to the online registration process. Please read through their information on setting up an account and how to register. The system will indicate if your student's sports physical is on file. It will allow you to proceed if the sports physical is recorded and up-to-date. You will not be able to register until a current sports physical is on file and recorded in the system. Physicals can be dropped off at the school, emailed to mollys@mystma.org, or faxed to (763) 497-6591.

Sports Physicals
-
Please make sure that the Middle School East Activities Office has a sports physical on file for your son or daughter. Physicals are good for three years, so most incoming 8th graders that played sports last year have a physical on file. The Minnesota State High School League requires participants in interscholastic sports to have a physical examination every three years. If your son/daughter decides to participate in interscholastic athletics this year, a physical examination is required before they may register or practice. Physicals may be performed by your medical doctor or a doctor of chiropractic (good for three years). Download a copy of the Physical Form to bring to your medical appointment. Physicals can be dropped off at the school, emailed to mollys@mystma.org, or faxed to (763) 497-6591.
