Football Highlights from 9/22 against Princeton

8th Grade Football traveled to Princeton Tuesday to take on the Tigers. An all-around team effort resulted in 20-0 win for the Knights B-team. Colby C. had a strong day passing with two long touchdown passes to Brady W. Colby also converted two 2-point conversions on QB keepers. Brady finished with well over 100 yards receiving.  Defense was led by Cameron E. with a pick-6 while Brett B. and Lane F. combined for 2 sacks. 

The Knights Football A team took the early lead on a 60 yard punt return by Carter W. for a touchdown. Jacob K. added the 2-point conversion on a hard-fought run. The score was 8-8 at the half, but the Knights struggled to control the ball in the second half, falling by a final score of 30-8.
